REFUND POLICY

You do NOT have the right to withdraw from the contract you make with us at John Doe Mail once you are past the point of processing your payment because your personalised Mailbox is just that, personalised and therefore it is a bespoke service. We understand that sometimes we make mistakes when purchasing products especially online and therefore as a courtesy towards our clients, if you decide within the first seven days that you no longer wish to hold a mailbox account with John Doe Mail, for whatever reason, we will return both your service fee and initial postage/scanning fund (less our £50 administration costs).
