WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

Our services at John Doe Mail vary from sending mail anonymously, mail storage, mail & scan services or mail forwarding amongst many other services. 

IF I ORDER A SERVICE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN USE IT?

Within 24 hours of placing the order and payment being made, your mailbox is available and you can start using your UK Address.

IS IT A GENUINE UK ADDRESS?

Yes, the UK Address is a genuine residential address.

IS IT LEGAL?

Yes, all you are doing is using the Address for receiving your Mail.

IS THIS UK ADDRESS SECURE?

We pride ourselves at John Doe Mail that your security and privacy is our first concern.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN UNSOLICITED VISITOR TURNS UP?

Whilst a very rare occurrence, we have had bailiffs, collection agents, the police, council officials and even the odd customer of our customers turning up at a Mail Centre! If an unsolicited visitor should call looking for you, or one of your registered users, we will apply a surcharge of £20 to deal with the caller which will be deducted from your account balance.

All 'personally identifiable data' held on our system is protected by GDPR and the Data Protection Act and we will never reveal any information about you unless required to do so by the Courts.   Any documentation left by the visitor will be logged and sent to you via email/mail depending on your service.

CAN YOU SEND MAIL JUST WITHIN THE UK?

We can forward your mail to any destination that you request. Or we can scan and email your mail to you allowing you to receive your mail quickly and promptly no matter where you are in the world. 

WHO USES OUR VIRTUAL RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS SERVICE?

DO YOU ACCEPT PARCELS?

Yes, we accept small parcels; and large items by arrangement with ourselves.

HOW FREQUENTLY DO YOU SEND MAIL?

We normally send mail out each Friday, but we can send mail out daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or however often the client requires.

IF I GO AWAY CAN YOU HOLD MY MAIL?

Yes, just give us your instructions, we will store your mail and send it to you when you want. You just need to book the mail storage service.

ACCOUNT PAYMENTS?

There are a number of ways you can make account payments to us:

You can make Account Payments through our online checkout using your debit/credit card.

Contact us via email for alternative payment methods such as Bitcoin, PayPal or Bank Transfer details.

CAN I COLLECT MY POST?

Unfortunately you can’t collect your post, we operate a single secure mail sorting facility and don’t allow customers to visit the premises. This is for the security of all of our clients. We can however forward your post to anywhere in the world or scan and send it to you.

IS MY PAYMENT ANONYMOUS?

We understand that many customers are protective of their privacy, but no on-line payment is truly anonymous. However,  we are bound by the terms of the GDPR to keep all of your personal date safe,  secure and not to share it with any other company or individual. If you require an extra anonymous service, we can accept payments by Bitcoin.

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR ME TO CLAIM A REFUND?

Under GDPR obligations, John Doe Mail must permanently delete any and all of your personal data 90 days after your account expires,  so your request must be received within this period.
